State of the art Off-shore mobilized VSAT terminal installation
Integrated Telecom Company (ITC) and Zakher Marine International (ZMI) have completed the installation of a state of the art offshore mobilized VSAT terminal providing point-to-point connectivity between ZMI barges in the Arabian Gulf and critical onshore premises.
The solution will grant the ability to communicate and exchange information between offshore barges and onshore management and operations in a secure and reliable manner, the company stated.
Ahmad Hasan, ITC’s chief commercial officer said: “The Oil and Gas industry is the biggest in Saudi Arabia and ITC is focused on serving this industry with the best connectivity secured solutions and technologies on the market. The VSAT connectivity we created for ZMI demonstrates this.”
