Safe Crane
Hand Injury Prevention

The Objectives are

  • To identify the pinch point hazards on vessel.
  • To practice situational awareness.
  • Review the previous incidents related to hand injury.
  • Line of fire related to hand injury and pinch points.
Safe Crane - Safe Lifting Operation

This training is applicable to all lifting operation and use of lifting equipment on all vessels and offshore unites operated by the Company.

  • Achieve ZERO (0) harm to people, property and environment
  • Provide clear instructions to assist operations and logistics support personnel, contractors.
  • Suppliers and rigging crews to recognize the hazards and reduce the associated risks involved in the lifting of cargo or passenger on board ships and barges.
  • Ensure that all lifting equipment's are fit to work and are in good condition.
  • Ensure that lifting operations are carried out in safe and efficient manner within the vessel / MOU designed capabilities.
  • Ensure the competency of the personnel involved in operation.
  • Provide information on the management and operation of offshore crane on Jack-up barges.
Safe Helicopter Operations

This training aims to provide information on the management and operation of offshore Heli-decks on Jack-up accommodation barge and the provision of suitable arrangements to assure their availability under both normal and emergency situations.

This training is applicable to all barges owned and operated by the Company

  • Achieve ZERO (0) harm to people, property and environment.
  • Provide Safe Helideck Operations awareness to the crew members and avoid any incidents.
  • To demonstrate appropriate precautions during Helicopter Operations.
  • Provide information on the management and operation of offshore Heli-deck on Jack-up accommodation barge.
Working Aloft / Overboard & Rescue (Including Ladder Safety)

This training aims to

  • Explain the concept of working Aloft /Overboard & Rescue (Including Ladder Safety).
  • The responsibility of every crew member while performing work aloft or overboard.
  • Control measures that will reduce the risk of such activity.
  • Working aloft/over side permit to work & Rescue plan.

The Safety Culture Ladder is a model which our company utilizes to enhance safety culture and improve maritime safety.
